Tony Mann is a dedicated and compassionate Certified Peer Recovery Specialist with over a decade of personal and professional experience in addiction recovery and peer support services. His journey began in 2015 with UMADAOP, where he served as a Peer Supporter and began his foundational work in the field with both CPRS and CDCA certifications.

In 2016, Tony advanced his efforts through SPA, where he initiated the S.O.A.R. Program in the Summit County Jail, interviewing, identifying the opioid population support to incarcerated individuals and demonstrating his leadership in program development and implementation.

From 2017 to 2024, Tony worked at IBH Addiction Recovery Center, starting as a Technician and rising through the ranks to become Lead Supervisor over the Men’s PHP and Recovery House. In this role, he also supervised a team of five Peer Supporters and led with CPRS, CPRS-S, and CDCA certifications, offering guidance, structure, and lived experience-based mentorship.

In 2024, Tony became an Independent Contractor Partnering with Kyros of Ohio Providing services at Restore Addiciton Services, Truth and Honor mentoring our nations Veterans.

In 2025, he expanded his service to include work with Ray Recovery, further broadening his impact in the recovery community.

Tony is known for his authentic approach, leadership skills, and unwavering commitment to helping individuals reclaim their lives from addiction. Through his organization, 2nd Chance Recovery, he continues to advocate for recovery, restoration, and transformation.
