Monika is an independently licensed clinician in both social work and chemical dependency (LISW, LICDC-CS). With over fifteen years of experience in the behavioral health field, Monika has held various leadership roles, including Director of Recovery Housing and Director of Recovery Services. Operating from a servant leadership approach, she brings a strong background in clinical supervision, program development, and integrated care for individuals with co-occurring disorders.
As clinical director, Monika oversees a multidisciplinary team delivering outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services. She is passionate about creating accessible, culturally responsive, and client-centered programming that supports individuals throughout their recovery and wellness journeys.
In her free time, Monika enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog. She also enjoys travel, writing, reading, and playing guitar in a rock band.
