Caring Addiction Treatment Near Parma, OH
Parma is the largest city in Cuyahoga County outside of Cleveland, and like the rest of the county it has felt the weight of the opioid and fentanyl crisis. Families here have lost people. Others are watching someone they love slip further away and do not know where to start. If that is where you are right now, you are not the only person on your street going through it.

Our facility sits in a discreet suite at 1737 Georgetown Rd, Hudson, OH 44236. There is no signage announcing why you are there. For most people driving from Parma, the route is I-480 east to I-271 south, then east toward Hudson. Expect around 35 minutes without traffic, closer to 45 during the morning rush.
If you are coming from the west side of Parma near Ridge Road or State Road, you may find I-77 south to State Route 303 a cleaner run. Clients traveling from Parma Heights, Seven Hills, or Brooklyn generally take the same route. You can see our full service area and locations if you are coming from elsewhere in the county.

Personalized Addiction Treatment Options
At Ray Recovery, we understand that each person’s journey to recovery from substance abuse is unique. Our comprehensive approach ensures that we tailor our services to meet the specific needs of our clients. While we do not currently offer detox or inpatient care, we are proud to offer an extensive range of outpatient levels of care, including the following treatment options:
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our IOP allows clients to receive intensive therapy while maintaining their daily responsibilities. This treatment program is designed to provide a high level of support with the flexibility to accommodate work, school, or family commitments.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
PHP offers a more structured treatment environment without requiring an overnight stay. This program is ideal for individuals who need more support than what traditional outpatient services provide but do not require full residential care.
Virtual IOP
For Parma residents who cannot attend in-person sessions at our treatment facility, we offer a virtual IOP. This virtual substance abuse treatment program allows clients to participate in therapy from the comfort of their own homes, ensuring they receive the care they need without geographical limitations. When clients complete a program at our addiction treatment center, they become part of our alumni group, which provides access to aftercare options like continuing care.
If you need to detox safely before starting outpatient treatment, call us anyway. We will help you find a detox provider in the Cleveland area and take you into our program once you are medically stable.
Specialized Programs for Diverse Needs
At our Parma drug and alcohol rehab, we pride ourselves on offering programs that cater to various demographics, ensuring everyone receives the specific support they need. Our tailored programs include:
Women’s Drug Rehab
A program specifically designed to address the unique challenges women face in addiction and recovery. We provide a supportive and understanding environment where women can share their experiences and heal together.

Veteran’s Drug Rehab
Understanding the unique experiences and challenges veterans face, our program provides specialized care tailored to those who have served in the military. We offer a supportive space where veterans can connect and support each other through recovery. We accept VA CCN and TRICARE.

What We Treat at Our Drug Rehab near Parma, OH
At our Parma addiction treatment center, we provide outpatient treatment services tailored to support those struggling with a wide variety of addictions, including:
- Heroin addiction: Treatment for physical dependence and the underlying causes behind it.
- Cocaine addiction: Therapy focused on cravings, triggers, and the patterns that sustain use.
- Alcohol addiction: The most common reason people come to us, whether drinking daily or functioning at work while it quietly takes more.
- Opioid addiction: Care for prescription and street opioid dependence.
Cuyahoga County has been near the center of Ohio’s fentanyl problem. Fentanyl now appears in nearly everything sold on the street in Northeast Ohio, often without the person knowing. We provide fentanyl addiction treatment, along with care for prescription drug dependence and benzodiazepine addiction.
Our addiction treatment programs are individualized to the needs of each client.

We work with most major insurers, including Anthem, Medical Mutual, UnitedHealthcare, and Humana. Medical Mutual covers a large number of households across Cuyahoga County.
We also accept Medicaid and Medicare, which matters in Parma where many residents are covered through one or the other.
You can verify your benefits in a few minutes. It is confidential, it does not obligate you to anything, and it is not reported to your employer.
