Ray Recovery provides outpatient drug rehab in Northeast Ohio from two facilities. Our main location is in Hudson, about 20 minutes from downtown Akron, and serves families across Summit County. Our second location in Uniontown sits between Akron and Canton and serves Stark County and southern Summit County.
Both locations offer partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and dual diagnosis care for people dealing with addiction and mental health at the same time. Most clients start within a day or two of their first call, and our admissions team will check your insurance before you commit to anything.

Ray Recovery runs two outpatient facilities, one in Hudson and one in Uniontown. Clients go home each night, so you can keep working, stay with your kids, and still get structured treatment. We offer day and evening groups, and our Virtual IOP lets you join sessions from home when driving in isn’t practical. If your needs change during treatment, you can move between PHP, IOP, and virtual care without starting over.

Our Hudson facility is about 20 minutes from downtown Akron and close to most of Summit County, including Stow, Cuyahoga Falls, Kent, and Twinsburg. Clients from Akron and the surrounding suburbs attend PHP or IOP during the day or evening and go home at night.

Our Uniontown facility sits between Akron and Canton, about 20 minutes from downtown Canton. It is the closer option for families in Canton, North Canton, Green, Hartville, and Massillon, as well as southern Summit County towns like Barberton and Norton.
Stark County families come to us for help with alcohol, opioids, fentanyl, meth, and prescription drug use. Our intensive outpatient program gives clients a structured treatment schedule while they keep working and living at home.

Get treatment from home when the drive isn't practical
If you live outside the Akron and Canton area, you can still work with our team. Our Virtual IOP runs live group and individual sessions online, so clients in Cleveland, Youngstown, Toledo, and other parts of Ohio can take part from home with a phone, tablet, or computer.
Some clients do all of their treatment online. Others combine in-person groups at our Hudson or Uniontown facility with virtual individual sessions. Our admissions team can walk you through each option, including what your insurance covers.

We offer partial hospitalization (PHP) for clients who need several hours of treatment a day without an overnight stay, and intensive outpatient (IOP) for clients who are working or in school. As you make progress, you can step down to a lighter schedule and then join our aftercare and alumni programs to stay connected after treatment ends.
We treat alcohol, opioid, fentanyl, heroin, cocaine, meth, benzodiazepine, and prescription drug addiction. Our dual diagnosis program treats co-occurring conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma at the same time. Therapy options include CBT, DBT, EMDR, family therapy, and group therapy, and we run dedicated tracks for men, women, veterans, and working professionals.
